Having spent over 12 years transporting pets, I’ve built a deep understanding of what works, what doesn’t, and — most importantly — what keeps pets safe, calm, and comfortable.

That might sound simple — but it’s powerful.
It’s also one of the key qualities we look for in our Pets 2 Places franchisees. Skills can be taught, but kindness, care, and compassion are at the heart of what we do.

Pet travel safety is now at the forefront of every responsible pet owner’s mind.
Questions we’re hearing more and more include:

These are exactly the kinds of conversations we need to be having — and why education in this space is so important.
Working with Coventry University
We’re also incredibly excited to share that we’ve partnered with Coventry University’s National Transport Design Centre.
Together, we’ll be:
- Creating educational content
- Conducting research into pet transport safety
- Exploring how to improve safety and wellbeing for both pets and human passengers
This is a huge step forward — not just for Pets 2 Places, but for the future of pet travel as a whole.
