What investment will I be looking at to get started?
We offer three franchise packages: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Full details of the current package prices and what is included can be found on our Franchise Costs page.
You will also need to purchase a suitable vehicle to operate your Pets 2 Places business. The vehicle is separate from the franchise package price.
How much money can I make?
Pets 2 Places is a very unique service provider with little to no competition throughout the UK. This gives us an advantage at gaining and retaining customers. With our average repeat customer rate across the UK at a whopping 75% month on month, this has a huge impact on what you can earn. With the average journey cost of £25 an hour, the opportunity to earn is unlimited. Our first franchisee earned her franchise fee back in just 6 months!
Is my area available?
A franchisee must live in the area which they operate. We have had all our exclusive territories professionally mapped to ensure each area has the right fit for the model. Your postcode determines which territory you are located in.
I don't have any experience, does that matter?
No experience in running your own business is necessary, or having previously worked with animals. We give you all the tools, training, support and ongoing support to help you succeed. Being a great franchisee is about who you are as a person, if you love animals and helping people this is a big part of being a great franchisee.
A Pets 2 Places Franchise costs £8,500, see our franchise costs page to find out what this includes. You will also need to purchase a specific vehicle for this opportunity. We would advise budgeting around £15,000 for this (currently owned cars can be traded in).
Will you send me customers?
Our website sits at the top of Google organically in most areas of the UK. Currently our franchise areas gain around 40% of their business through the website. Part of our training is where to find customers, we help you put a plan in place to achieve this.
Can I speak to the current franchisees?
Of course. We encourage you to speak to our current franchisees. Hearing directly from business owners already operating a Pets 2 Places territory can give you valuable insight into what running the franchise is really like day to day.
