“We offer three franchise packages, allowing you to choose the level of equipment, marketing and additional support that best suits the business you want to build.
Bronze – £10,000
Silver – £12,000
Gold – £14,000
Each package includes the core training, equipment and support needed to launch your own Pets 2 Places franchise, with additional equipment and marketing support included within the Silver and Gold packages.
A suitable vehicle is also required to operate the business and is not included within the franchise package price.”

We are with you every step of the way so you never feel alone
- All of the equipment you need to transport animals following both DEFRA guidelines, the law and best practice
- Sign-writing on your vehicle
- Your own dedicated page on the website
- Your own phone and number and email address
- Uniform displaying your phone number
- All marketing material to use alongside the marketing directory
- Online accounts training and set up of accounts package
- Peer to peer support
- Online social media training and set up of social media channels
- 12 month business planning
- Weekly mentoring calls for the first month
- Ongoing social media support including content writing
- Fortnightly/monthly mentoring calls via Zoom
Also included is two weeks of one-to-one practical training in Milton Keynes, Monday to Friday for two consecutive weeks, shadowing Claire in the Pets 2 Places pet taxi. Accommodation and meals during the two-week training period are included within the franchise package.

Our full-time exclusive territories consist of around 100,000 households. With one in two households being pet owners the potential customer base in each territory area is around 50,000+ customers.

Run Your Own Pet Taxi In Your Area
The demand for a pet taxi is very real. Over the years Pets 2 Places has been running, we have taken calls from all over the country from customers needing the service. Unfortunately, we cannot help everyone with out franchisees in place.
We have a database of customers waiting across the UK for the service to start in their area – it may be we have customers waiting in your local area.
We help you work out what you are going to charge your customers so you can manage your finances, work out the income you need to earn, how many customers you need to achieve this and your standard pricing making it easier for customers to budget for the service as well as for you to keep on top of your earning potential.
