Our franchisees don’t need to have come from a business or animal background.
We cover all the training and support you need, from the day to day running of a pet taxi including all the laws, regulations, best practice, customer service, accounts and social media.

Launch Package
If the website is not at the top of Google in your area we will invest in Google ads for you, to get you started. We will review this weekly to gain maximum exposure for you.
Also included in your launch package are Facebook ads in your local area to enhance your online presence.
We cannot guarantee press coverage but this is something we always try to gain for our franchisees, this could be magazine, newspaper or radio.
Training, Planning, Support
Our franchise package includes an extensive two-week practical training programme in Milton Keynes. Training takes place Monday to Friday for two consecutive weeks and includes one-to-one experience shadowing Claire in the Pets 2 Places pet taxi, giving you practical experience of the day-to-day operation of the business.
Your accommodation and meals during the two-week training period are included within your franchise package. You will also receive training and support covering areas including social media, accounts and business operations.
Business planning so you know what you are doing every day from the very first day you start your business, this includes a 1 year plan with ongoing accountability calls.
Exclusive Territory
Your franchise area has been specially mapped for you by a professional mapping company, using our model and data analysis.
You have exclusive right to your area. This means no two franchisees will be competing in the same area. You must live in the area you own.
Training Program
You don’t need any previous experience of working with animals, or running your own business.
Our extensive training and mentoring program includes all the tools you need to start your own pet taxi service. This will include hands on how to transport animals under the DEFRA guidelines, as well as following the law under the highway code, best practice, animal welfare and the tutelage of the founder of Pets 2 Places, the country’s leading authority on pet transport.
